Rona Boudreaux
Instructor Supervisor / Proposal Specialist

MCCT, M.Ed.

Since 2017, Rona has enjoyed her second career with LANTEC. After retiring from a 25-year career in public education as a nationally certified high school counselor, she joined LANTEC as a Professional Development Instructor, receiving consistently high evaluations from her workshop participants. She holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. With her years of experience in leadership and professional development for both adult and youth audiences, she brings a unique perspective to our classes.  In 2018, she was selected as Lead Instructor for the US Navy Region Northwest Emerging Leaders Program in Bremerton, WA, where her responsibilities included delivering and interpreting Myers-Briggs personality inventories, phone coaching prospective leaders, and developing new leader talents within a 12-person cohort over an 8-month program term. A dynamic speaker, Rona is often complimented on her ability to modify her approach and her examples to align with how those in attendance need to receive the message.

In January 2021, Rona assumed new roles as a Proposal Specialist and Instructional Designer, which allowed her to apply her broad range of skills and knowledge to writing, winning, and supporting federal contracts with various customization requirements. Audiences from DoD civilians across all military branches and dozens of government agencies have since enjoyed the countless courses that bear her signature as she currently manages several concurrent awarded GSA contracts as Program Manager/Co-Manager. In April 2023, yet another new role was added to Rona’s responsibilities -- that of Instructor Supervisor where she serves a dynamic team of instructors based across the state of Louisiana.
