Nicole Palombo

Nicole Palombo joined LANTEC as an Operations Assistant in the Lafayette office in 2019 and was promoted to Operations Manager in February 2023. Born and raised in Lafayette, Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

After graduation, she spent ten years in southern California as a property manager, focusing on customer service, retention, and sales. She later brought this experience back to Louisiana, where she transitioned into a department manager role in the home security industry.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys running and watching sporting events—whether live or on TV—particularly cheering on the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints.
