Megan Lasseigne

Megan Lasseigne joined LANTEC Corporate Training in March 2024 as an Enrollment Coordinator. Originally from Louisiana, Megan relocated to Virginia in 2012 and spent four years overseas with her husband during his military service. This experience allowed her to explore various cultures and broaden her perspectives. Upon returning home in 2019, Megan pursued her professional ambitions with renewed focus.

Prior to joining LANTEC, Megan was the Director of First Impressions for a national organization, expertly handling the initial interactions that set the tone for customer and client experiences. In this role, Megan consistently demonstrated a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor and ensured that everyone who walked through the door or contacted the organization felt valued and supported.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Megan manages front-office operations, coordinates client communications, and provides critical support to internal teams. Her commitment to creating a seamless and welcoming environment has made a lasting impact on both clients and colleagues alike.  Her dedication to building strong first impressions has helped foster positive relationships and enhance the overall reputation at LANTEC.
