Larry has over 25 years of computer training and staff development experience. He specializes in the Project Management Institute courses including PMP, as well as standard desktop and desktop publishing applications, including the MS Office Pro Applications, Visio, Windows, and Project; Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat; and various proprietary applications.

Larry also instructs several soft skill courses, including Fundamentals of Communication, Conflict Management, Leadership Skills and holds both Project Management Certifications and a MCCT Certification. As a professional mentor, coach, and speaker, he has assisted numerous organizations with business strategies, resulting in improved performance, developed skills, and increased productivity.

Larry also assists other facilitators in learning software applications, conducts client needs assessments, performs classroom hardware and software setup, and consults on custom course development. He has instructed over 1000 classes, with an average student evaluation score of over 97%.
