David Meaux

David Meaux is a natural facilitator who inspires learners through motivation and leading by example. His ability to guide individuals with clarity and purpose is evident through the supportive and inclusive environment he creates. As a professional educator, David showcases the skills of professional development, technical expertise, and a determination to deliver a productive learning path for everyone.

David earned a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Arizona and has since accumulated over 40 years of real-world experience which includes onboarding, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, business sales, coaching. diversity and inclusion, as well as many other attributes to engage the adult learner.

David utilizes adult learning principles to keep the participants engaged through experienced-based learning. He routinely employsinteractive exercises, real life case studies and hands-on activities to ensure learners are able to apply their knowledge and skills in practical situations. He is also skilled with multimedia tools to makevirtual learning more relatable and enjoyable. David's approach fosters a collaborative learning environment where participants feel valued and motivated to contribute their experiences and insights.

When not leading workshops, David enjoys exercising at his neighborhood gym, running in 5k events and fundraisers to support local organizations. He is also the co-chairman of the Bayou Side Run (being by your side when it counts), which supports the mental health needs of the community.
